We get it, sometimes a colour feels different in your space, or a texture isn’t the match you imagined.

That’s why you can return any Soft Standard item within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason, for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • We will cover the cost of return shipping through Australia Post. You'll receive a label from us which you can use to return your item.
  • Once your return reaches us, we’ll process your refund promptly.

1-Year Warranty

All Soft Standard pieces are designed to live beautifully in your home and we stand by their quality.

If your item experiences a fault in materials or craftsmanship within 12 months of purchase, we’ll make it right.

Depending on the issue, we’ll offer a replacement, or a refund of the product value.

This warranty doesn’t cover wear and tear, accidental damage or changes that occur from normal household use, but if something truly isn’t up to The Soft Standard, we will look after you!
